The Board of Directors of the Deer Park at Maple Run Owners Association will be holding a Board Meeting at the below location, date and time to consider and act upon any or all of the agenda items.

 

Members of the Association are encouraged to attend to observe the business of the Association.

Time:  Executive Session - 6:00 p.m., Open Meeting - 7:00 p.m.

Please note: We have a finalized version of the License Agreement that will be presented to homeowners on the fence line for approval before construction can begin. We encourage attendance in order to facilitate review and gather input from homeowners before the License Agreement is sent out to homeowners.

 

The meeting will be under a new format.  The Board will have their executive session at the beginning of the meeting and will reconvene to an open meeting at 7:00p.m.  If you arrive before 7:00, please wait in the hallway until the Board reconvenes.
