Hello Deer Park Resident,
The Board of Directors of the Deer Park at Maple Run Owners Association will be holding a Board Meeting at the below location, date and time to consider and act upon any or all of the agenda items. We are encouraging attendance of all, but especially those on the fence line as License Agreements have been mailed out and we are looking to encourage each and everyone to attend this meeting so you may ask questions and share your thoughts, concerns and hopefully acceptance of this project moving forward after so many years and attempts to do so.
Members of the Association are encouraged to attend to observe the business of the Association.

Time: Open Meeting - 6:00 p.m., Executive Session - 7:00 p.m.

Please note that we are having the open meeting before the executive session instead of our normal Open Meeting beginning at 7 pm, the Open Meeting will begin at 6 pm.
