Our Mailbox Replacement Project will begin next week.  We encourage everyone to pick up their mail not later than Sunday evening so that no mail remains in their box.  The mail carrier will remove all mail on Monday, November 6.  No mail delivery will be made on that day.   All mail will be held at the Oak Hill Post Office located at 6104 Old Fredericksburg Road and will be available for pick up during Post Office hours.

On Tuesday, November 7 and Wednesday, November 8,  the old boxes will be removed and the new boxes installed. The Post Office is scheduled to install the master locks on Wednesday, November 8.  Mail delivery should resume either Wednesday or Thursday afternoon.

From Monday to Wednesday or until the box installation is complete, residents can pick up their mail at the Oak Hill Post Office located at 6104 Old Fredericksburg Road.  New mailbox keys will be issued and can be picked up at the Post Office after Wednesday at Oak Hill Post Office.
