On Monday October 31st our neighbors at Primrose School have their annual Halloween Parade.  The festivities start at 3:30 p.m. and last about an hour.   Starting around 3:00 p.m. some of the parents will be parking on a couple of the streets in the neighborhood.  I spoke to the owner and requested she remind them to make certain they do not block the right of way or block any one’s driveway. 

 

Primrose is a good neighbor to Deer Park and we ask everyone’s patience with this temporary inconvenience.
